Participants who require a visa, should apply at the earliest convenience at the nearest Austrian Embassy or Consulate General / via outsourcing / Schengen representation (Click here).

We would like to inform you that in order to speed up the visa process, we will inform the authorities of the conference and of your participation. Please note, that in order to attend you need to first register for the conference online.
