Join us for the OSGeo, Pangeo, and QGIS Community Code Sprint at BiDS'23 from November 6-9, a collaborative event for developers and enthusiasts of all skill levels. Childcare Service Information and Booking
Childcare booking is open until 23rd October. If you would like to book a slot for your child please make changes in your registration accordingly.
BiDS 2023 strives to create a good and productive conference environment for all attendees, including those bringing their children to Vienna. In order to do so, BiDS will provide professional childcare in the congress centre free of charge.
The Childcare service is bookable via the BiDS’23 Registration Portal and will take place in a room near the Plenary Session of the event (Level 0, Room 0.45).
Please note the service is limited to 15 children between 3 and 12 years (childcare ratio 1:2.5). The service will be provided on Tuesday 7 and Wednesday 8 from 09:00–18:00h, and on Thursday 9 from 09:00–14:00h. The childcare service will include games, creativity programmes, and the provision of toys, books, etc.
Each day can be booked separately via the conference registration form.
